Arbitration: Calling all stations

Calling all stations:
Listen, you members of the international arbitration community, what the users are telling you!!!
The NY Times (<<https://www.nytimes.com/…/in-arbitration-a-privatization-of-…>>) poses serious questions as to arbitration being a fair system of resolving disputes. It has been depicted as a “machine of repeat-players used by large companies to deprive ordinary citizens of access to justice” (I borrow these words from Michael Mcilwrath’s Kluwer Arbitration Blog post earlier today, that you may find here: <<https://kluwerarbitrationblog.com/…/professionalizing-arbit…/>>).
The message is clear: these are complaints coming not only from the “consumer environment” but also, and more importantly, from other users of arbitration. Do we need to say who those “users” are?
