Aquent Monthly Newsletter - September

Spring has sprung! The flowers are blooming and so is the job market.?

In the creative industry, we’ve noticed a considerable increase in the number of freelancers and contractors being hired vs permanent staff compared to last year. In fact, in the past few months, 80% of creative recruitment requests from our clients have been for temporary or project-based roles.?

In marketing, our clients’ hiring needs are pretty even and they’re wanting to hire contractors and permanent staff. Contract roles are a lot harder to fill, so if you’re a marketing contractor, please get in touch with one of our Talent Agents, we’d love to know if you’re available for work.?

The final countdown is officially on to release Part 1 of our Employee Experience 3.0 report — Insights into the future of work — which is coming next month! So keep your thumbs ready and your eyes peeled on our socials and your inboxes to catch it first.

In our newsletter below, you’ll find our upcoming events, our most popular blog posts for the month, latest jobs and more.?
