Aquarian Spotlight: Nurit Bielorai

As software supply chain security is very top of mind for Aqua (and our customers), we want to introduce you to the amazing Nurit Bielorai, Sales and Partnerships Manager at Aqua.??

Nurit joined Aqua by way of the Argon acquisition and is a true subject matter expert when it comes to supply chain security. Nurit’s impact at Aqua is palpable. She is always willing to help – regardless of the ask or the time of day (in fact, many wonder if she ever sleeps!).???

What in your career path led you to Aqua???

I’ve been in security my entire career. When I look back, I now see that my mix of “traditional” corporate experience and fast-paced “start-up” mode has really equipped me for what we’re trying to accomplish here at Aqua.??

I started off at Check Point, where I was tasked with building and executing strategic business initiatives. In a way, my team and I were running start-up operations within a well-established organization, which was a key building block for how I tackle business challenges today.?

That role led me to Argon, where I was the 8th person to join with the unique challenge and opportunity to build the business from scratch (a complete 180 from my previous role). In the early days, we were all in one small room. I sat amongst the developers, and we built, struggled, and celebrated every small milestone together. I still remember the day we closed our first customer like it was yesterday.??

Fast forward and we joined Aqua; where I have the perfect opportunity to take my past experiences to scale up and really make an impact in this industry.??

What motivates you???

We’re making an impact at every level; from each individual customer to the wider CNAPP market.?

I truly believe we’re at a tipping point in this industry, and it feels really good to be able to contribute to that.??

Why do you like working with Aqua???

Truly outstanding people. Intelligent, motivated, with the perfect mix of hustle and humanity. I feel very lucky to work with the people I work with.??

• Favorite vacation spot? Panama, where I grew up.?
• For what in your life do you feel most grateful? The support from my family. They gave me the wings to leave my home very young and pursue a different path.??
