Making Waves?

The challenges facing industrial wastewater treatment are evolving. As stricter regulations, environmental pressures, and rising costs reshape industrial wastewater management, we’ve stepped up to meet these challenges.?

Research Milestones?

This year, our R&D team made remarkable strides in advancing wastewater treatment technology. Key achievements included optimizing product designs to improve system efficiency and exploring pretreatment methods for challenging waste streams like biosurfactants and biodiesel.?

In Europe, we expanded our Aquacycl Test Center (ATC) in the Netherlands, doubling its capacity to handle a growing volume of customer samples. We are now able to support broader industries in cosmetics and chemicals.?

System Operations Spotlight??

This year, we successfully installed a 40-ft BETT system and two SulfideFix systems at a bottling facility in Temple, TX, hitting all performance goals for high-protein beverage applications. We also boosted efficiency at our PepsiCo installation in Fresno, CA, and prepared for a new distillery site installation in Jalisco, Mexico.?

With remote digital platforms, detailed performance reports, and regular updates, we’ve empowered facilities to immediately see the tangible benefits of their investment.?

Originally created to boost the efficiency of our BETT systems, it quickly became clear that SulfideFix could tackle a widespread challenge in wastewater management and provide clear value to our customer base:?

We’ve strengthened partnerships and expanded into industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemical manufacturing—sectors where wastewater challenges are both complex and urgent.?

• Participated in 11 global tradeshows and events, including stops in London, Germany, Canada, and the Netherlands.?

• Hosted our first in-person “Sip and Learn” events at Aquacycl Headquarters, engaging with local manufacturers and city officials about wastewater solutions.?
