Now, you can choose from a variety of response tones, including professional, conversational, humorous, and empathetic. Customize Nia's responses to align with your brand voice and provide guests with a unique experience.
To personalize Nia’s response tone, just go to Nia Guest Support, then click Tone, and select your preferred style.
Have Even More Control ???
When you select Nia's fully autonomous mode, you have even more control over its operation. Choose a specific time frame for Nia to take the wheel and select the units where you'd like it to be activated.
To set this, just go to Listings on the left side of your dashboard, and then select the property you want to set up. You will find a new Nia Configuration tab right on the top menu.
