6 个月Good afternoon. Your support is terrible.? We were given a 30% discount on our annual subscription because we are an educational company. But they did not tell us how exactly to apply this discount, indicating that it is valid only for a year.? As a result, we deposited a coupon and for some inexplicable reason it was applied to the next monthly payment. When switching to annual subscription because of the applied coupon, an error is displayed and there is no possibility to switch.? We spent 3 days communicating with support and got nothing. Here is the last message we received: https://img.netpeak.net/rewon/1716552515990.png
