GCT USB Type-C Connector Solutions

GCT USB Type-C Connector Solutions (https://eu.mouser.com/new/gct/gct-usb-c-connector-solutions/) are robust and improved I/O interconnect systems with new functionality and increased performance. The USB Type-C connectors feature a reversible mating form factor with up to 10Gbps transfer rates and a 5A max power rating. Analog Devices Inc. Ultra-Low-Power I2C Digital Isolators

亚德诺半导体 Inc. ADuM1253 Ultra-Low-Power I2C Digital Isolators (https://eu.mouser.com/new/analog-devices/adi-adum1253-isolators/) offer two open-drain channels, one unidirectional and one bidirectional. This two-channel design targets applications such as I2C that require data to be transmitted in both directions on the same line but have a unidirectional clock.

  • Ultra-low-power consumption for longer battery life, 142μA typical per channel at 400kHz.
  • Wide independent VDD1/VDD2 supply range supports more logic voltage levels and allows level shifting, 1.71V to 5.5V for both sides.
  • Bidirectional I2C transfer up to 2MHz SCL.

ADuM1253 Ultra-Low-Power I2C Digital Isolator


2N7002AK N-Channel Trench MOSFETs

Nexperia 2N7002AK (https://mou.sr/4cNtXga) N-Channel Trench MOSFETs are enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistors (FETs) in small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic packages using Trench MOSFET technology. These AEC-Q101-qualified devices offer logic-level compatibility in a wide -55°C to +175°C junction temperature range. HW designers tend to use some components regularly in each design. For low-power signal switching purposes, I have 2N7002. You can check all my designs and find at least one in each!

  • 60V maximum drain-source voltage.
  • ±20V gate-source voltage.
  • 220mA to 240mA maximum drain current range.
  • Single and dual models.

MPS MIE1W0505BGLVH DC/DC Modules

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. MIE1W0505BGLVH (https://mou.sr/3VIQ0ic) DC/DC Modules are isolated and regulated DC/DC modules supporting 3V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) applications. The device features superior load and line regulation, allowing up to 1W of output power (POUT). The modules are housed in a small LGA-12 (4mm x 5mm) package.

  • 3V to 5.5V operating input voltage (VIN) range.
  • Selectable 5V or 3.3V output voltage (VOUT) 5V to 5V at ≥200mA available load current5V to 3.3V at ≥200mA available load current3.3V to 3.3V at ≥75mA available load current.

TI TPS56320x Synchronous Buck Converters

These devices are designed to achieve low standby current and operate with minimum external component counts. I love synchronous converters because they don't need a freewheeling diode, which makes my designs smaller and more compact! WEBENCH? Power Designer supports the converter.

  • 4.2V to 17V input voltage range.
  • 0.6V to 7V output voltage range.
  • Low quiescent current (110μA) for TPS563203.
  • 600kHz switching frequency.
  • Maximum 95% large duty cycle operation.

TPS56320x Synchronous Buck Converter


TI INA780x I2C-Output Digital Power Monitor

德州仪器 INA780x (https://eu.mouser.com/new/texas-instruments/ti-ina780x-digital-power-monitor/) I2C-Output Digital Power Monitor has an integrated current sensing element and a 16-bit delta-sigma ADC designed specifically for current-sensing applications. The device can measure full-scale currents up to ±78.64A with common-mode voltage support from –0.1V to +85V.

NXP PCA9452 Single Chip Power Management ICs

恩智浦半导体 PCA9452 (https://mou.sr/3xrZ1SL) Single Chip Power Management ICs are designed to support i.MX 93x family processors in both automotive and extended industrial applications. These PMICs offer?highly efficient six step-down regulators, five Low Dropout voltage (LDOs), one 400mA load switch, a 2-channel level translator, and a 32.768KHz crystal oscillator driver.

6x high-efficiency buck regulators:
