Hello Luke!

The team at Kennedy Recruitment has continued to expand this month, we’re happy to announce the addition of Luke to the team! Luke brings extensive recruitment experience, having worked for the likes of Alexander Mann in the past. We are excited to see how Luke gets on in his new position and are sure that he will bring the utmost professionalism in his dealings with both clients and candidates alike. Seasonal Easter Egg Hunt

Did you all have a great Easter? Right before the Easter Bank Holiday, we decided to have a bit of fun around the Kennedy Recruitment Offices. Connie took a break from sourcing a high volume of Temporary workers for our clients to weave an intricate web of clues and riddles for our annual Easter Egg hunt! We were taken all around the office building as we hunted for sweet treats and clues alike! (The mini peanut butter eggs were my favourite… ??)

Huge congratulations to Ciaran (Who sprinted up 5 flights of stairs on his way to victory!), and Robbie who won an Easter Egg Hamper each! We would always like to thank Connie again for organising the fun!

Next, Kennedy Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside one of our public sector clients, looking to add a HR Business Partner to their skilled Human Resources department. This role would be perfect for an experienced HR professional looking to move into a public sector role. The candidate would ideally have, at minimum, 3 years of experience providing professional advice and guidance to senior management on complex employee relations matters. The candidate would also need to be able to demonstrate holding a professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as an Associate member (Assoc CIPD), or be able to demonstrate commitment to attaining this qualification within 1 year of starting the post.
