Dom's Fundraising Challenge
Dom Barraclough has completed the Manchester Marathon! This is the first of the three challenges he is embarking on this year to raise funds for Burton & District Mind! He is now preparing for Chase the Sun in June where he will start on the east coast at Whitley Bay, England, when the sun comes up, then cycle to the west coast, arriving at the esplanade at Ayr, Scotland, before the sun goes down.
After conquering the "Chase the Sun" challenge, Dom's final adventure will be the challenging "Ride Across Britain." In September, he will undertake his third cycling expedition, travelling from Land's End to John O'Groats over 9 days, camping along the way.
Dom is NOT raising money for any particular project or initiative, this fundraising is to help the Mind team pay for heating, lighting, wages, tea & coffee - so they can help others.
If you can spare any money for gas, electricity, coffee, and tea bags for the Mind team so that they can help others, then please donate!!! Click HERE to donate!

Finch (and under its previous name HSEC) has been supporting the mining industry with safety consultancy and independent testing and inspection of hoist and winder systems, for over 30 years. Finch has made significant investments to support the growing industry, in doing so, creating Tautus Limited to focus on mine safety assurance. Tautus operates independently within a group alongside Finch and LEAPScheme, offering expertise in assurance, testing, and inspection. They aim to ensure underground mine equipment compliance and safety, with plans to invest in asset management and technology for elevated safety standards.
Tautus looks forward to strengthening their existing working partnerships, and creating new ones, as all businesses grow together through this exciting time in the sector.
