Pun intended! But April really did fuel everyone's morale and motivation as we gear up for the upcoming intake season.

Design Team’s Supper

Our researchers (our awesome employees) have found the best trick to break the monotonous 9-5 — A good outing with the company of like minds. So, after countless edits and pixel-perfect tweaks, the design team decided to take a break and go out for a supper together. It was a refreshing change to see good food & drinks instead of the usual coffee cups and stationary items on their tables.

Operation Teams’ Rewards & Recognition

A pat on the back always works wonders! Try it out. At Amber , we never miss a chance to acknowledge our folks, their wins and even lessons learned. As we wrapped up Q1, we kicked off our Rewards and Recognition ceremony, starting with the Operations team.

amber Tech Hackathon

Continuing the momentum, we conducted a hackathon where folks from every department — from designers to product engineers, data engineers, supply, and marketing, came together for a 24-hour brainstorming marathon. The agenda was to put forward a solution to streamline processes at amber for both our internal operations and users.

And hey, amidst the serious discussions, the team found moments of relaxation in the pantry, our ‘bean bag area’ fostering both teamwork and problem-solving determination.

Birthdays and Work Anniversaries

And as usual, we bid farewell to each month with cake, rapid-fire rounds, and laughter. Every last Working Friday of the month, the tribe comes together to celebrate employee work anniversaries and birthdays.
