April is Autism Acceptance Month

Take Advantage of Our Resources for Parents, Teachers, and Coaches

Help us acknowledge and celebrate the active children with autism in your life. Too often, children on the spectrum and others with disabilities are left wandering and wondering when it comes to physical activity and physical education. April is your chance to help bring awareness and acceptance to this community. Exercise Connection offers two principal ways for you to participate:

Coach Amber and Coach Dave teach the Exercise Connection Top 10 Exercises to a group of professionals at the Autism Exercise Specialist Workshop

For teachers, therapists, and coaches

In partnership with the American College of Sports Medicine, Exercise Connection?offers CECs leading to a certificate?that will educate and empower professionals to successfully teach inclusive exercise to those with autism and other disabilities.

For parents

We offer the?Exercise Buddy?app, brought to you by Coach Dave of the Autism Channel and the author of?The Autism Fitness Handbook. The Exercise Buddy app allows your little athlete to learn and exercise in a way that is unique to them.
