April was a busy month for Food Truck Promotions! We enjoyed working on some exciting events and wanted to share a recap. Here's what you might have missed this month...
First, we teamed up with LaFORCE to teach New Yorkers that cornbread was made for cast iron! In just 1 day, Tennessee's very own Lodge Cast Iron hit both Madison Square Park and Rock Center NYC, baking their brand new cornbread mixes on the go from a branded #CornbreadCamper. Along with free, freshly-baked cornbread and branded stickers, we offered guests coupons for 1 free mix with every cast iron purchase. Ultimately, we spread the Lodge Cast love to over 1,000 people!
Next, We teamed up with Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi to celebrate the launch of their Honey-Infused Lip Oil in SEPHORA! After purchasing the product in-store at The Grove, customers were invited to visit the decked-out #HoneyGlowTruck to receive complimentary honey lemonade, samples of shampoo and conditioner, and the chance to bedazzle their Lip Oil from our customization station! 3 days and 20M impressions later, this #popup experience was so sweet we had all of LA buzzin.’ Check it out ?
Then, We partnered with Zando to celebrate the release of #Throwbackbook, a fresh and fun novel about a Gen-Z Korean-American girl who gets stuck in the 90s! To give readers a sneak peek of the story’s time travel, our pop-up truck went all out on the 90s nostalgia, giving away Tamagotchis, snap bracelets, butterfly clips, and tattoo chokers. We also offered tasty soft-serve ice cream while accepting requests for ‘throwback tunes!' After enjoying the goodies and 90s jam session, guests had the opportunity to purchase the book. Have a better way to promote your book? As if.
After that we were headed to the desert for dessert with BéIS to bring their newest collection to the desert for REVOLVE Festival! The Beis x Wanderlust Creamery pop-up truck treated festival attendees to sweet sherbet flavors designed to match the aesthetic of the new Weekender bag colorways. From our bright, trendy ice-cream truck to guest appearances from founders Shay Mitchell and Adrienne Borlongan, this mobile experience was able to garner more than 30M impressions!
Lastly, we brought the (MALIN+GOETZ) coffee cart back to the brand’s roots in NYC, hitting Soho to hand out authentic pretzels and hot coffee to go with free MALIN + GOETZ detox mask samples. Brand ambassadors also offered guests a 20% discount code to their online store while guiding people to follow the brand across social media channels. Over 1,000 people enjoyed MALIN + GOETZ’s two-day, quintessential New York #experience.?
