Dear Layers users,

We are excited to bring you the latest updates and enhancements to our platform in this month's edition of the Layers Newsletter.

Global Initial Layer:

We are thrilled to announce the addition of a new Global Initial Layer to our platform. This layer will be displayed when opening LAYERS and will provide a comprehensive view of all the available data, making it easier to navigate through the all the layers.

LUVI (Layers Unifed Vegetation Index):

The LUVI layer is a valuable addition to our platform as it assigns a color to each plot according to the variability of the crop, making it easier to identify any problems. This new layer will help you save time and resources by quickly identifying the areas that require attention.

Cloud Filter:

Now, by selecting one or several plots, you can filter the days with the lowest cloud cover on any of the available satellites. This feature will allow you to work more efficiently and effectively by enabling you to access data more quickly.

Editing Reports:

We are excited to announce that you can now view and edit reports by parcel directly from the Layers app. This new feature will make it easier for you to manage and edit reports on the go.

App Improvement:

We are continuously working to improve our Layers app, and we are excited to announce that the Planet is now integrated into our app. This integration will provide you with more data and information, making it easier to manage your projects.

Navigation Improvement:

We have sorted the layers by type of Index to make it easier for you to navigate through the Layers platform. With this improvement, you will find it more convenient to access the data you need.

Safety Improvement:

We take security very seriously, and that is why we have introduced the Azure feature, which is available for all Hemav users. This security enhancement will provide better control of access to the platform, as well as automatically unsubscribing users that are outside the organization. This feature is available for Microsoft users.
