April 2021 Stats for the Desert Real Estate Market

The March numbers are finally in for the Desert real estate market and they’re shocking. For example, the median price for a detached home is up a whopping 27% from last year and now sits at $549,000. Inventory is low, demand is high, and sellers who work with experienced agents are taking advantage of the situation. In fact, one agent recently told me that she had 27 showings and 12 full-price or better offers within 1.5 days of listing the home on the market.
