April 17th Reading: Weekly Nockwood

Be one of the first to use your own Nockwood cards at: www.nockwood.wix.com/nockwood

First card signifies the object of the reading: The Curator (Shields suit), signifies an area of your life where stability and control is important to you.  It could be something that has been the same for some time. A convention, a habit, a job, a relationship or something that, until recently, you were comfortable with. This certainty has now come into question. Either you are no longer happy with it as it is, or some external trigger has made you think that it has to change or evolve.  Like a Curator at a museum who knows when the time's right to bring a new, interesting perspective to an exhibition that has become a little static, expected or just boring.

The second card signifies the personal qualities you need to tap into:  The Guardian (Shields suit again) suggests this is not the time for impulsive or emotional response.  There is real potential in what you want do but no matter how urgent or exciting it may seem to you, it is going to impact others (Shield with Flags). Stability for you and others is not something that should be given up lightly - so,  nourish and nurture this potential. Keep a foot in multiple camps if you have to, until you know the forward path is safe, secure and everything you hope it will be.  You don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water.

The third card signifies the actions you will need to take:  The Professor (Diamonds suit) says not changing is not an option.  You must advance. You must move into some unfamiliar territory. But like an academic, you must build on everything that you've learned so far. Use the expertise and proficiency that you have (or that others around you have) to inform your hypothesis of what's next.  Stress test it, experiment on it, confirm and validate that will bring everything you hope for.  Once you have enough proof or evidence, go all in.
