Apprentices. Why or Why not ?

There are many reasons for looking at an apprentice as a viable option for your business. Many business owners / decision makers see an apprentice as an unspoiled individual that they can mould into the perfect employee as they can usually have little or no work experience and have therefore no pre conceived ideas or plans about how the job should be done.

They learn your systems, your way of working. They are also keen to work and eager to learn, to progress within the organisation. Some people may view apprentices as a cheap option or cheap labour, but that is not the general view, the apprentice is someone who will grow to become a valuable part of your business. Once they start to learn the workings of the organisations then they have the basics to learn the business from the ground up.

Many of our apprentices have gone on to become integral parts of the business that they took on the apprenticeships with and have grown within the organisations.
