Apprentice Presenting Day

We had a great day at Head Office on Wednesday the 4th September.? Sally Hill, Emerging Talent Manager arranged for 9 of our apprentices, who have completed their 1st year with us to present their journeys thus far to a panel.? The panel members were Stuart Hermon Contracts Manager, Ryan Murray Managing Surveyor, Richard Edwards Commercial Director, Jo Dyne Finance Director, Jayne Youell Apprentice Lead and myself, Maxine Orvis Stakeholder and Social Value Manager.? ??James Hindes, Managing Director also joined us for a brief period.

It was really interesting to learn of their individual journeys and how they came about to be in our business.? Our apprentices deserve a special mention as they did such a great job in presenting to us.? Albeit nerves were present, they conducted themselves professionally, answered questions from the panel and took on board advice that was given to them.

Our apprentices on the day were George Taylor Trainee Surveyor, Freddie Niehorster Trainee Surveyor, Joe Brogan Trainee Surveyor, Alex Maxwell Trainee Surveyor, ?Maria Marsh Trainee Engineer, Ella Wellsman Trainee Site Manager, Aaron Cornelius Trainee Engineer, Yohan Lutchmeenaraidoo Trainee Engineer, Edward Leacock Trainee Engineer.

Well done to you all, you did a great job, and we look forward to watching you develop and grow within your careers.
