The act of acknowledgment or recognition.
Webster's Dictionary defines "Appreciation" as:
"A feeling or expression of admiration, approval, or gratitude."
How often do you show your "Appreciation" for your team?
?? The genuine gesture of a “Thank You”.
?? The informal “Job Well Done”.
?? The public highlighting of an “Accomplishment”.?
The Power of "Appreciation"
The simple act of saying "Thank You" can truly change the trajectory of someone’s day — and it can go a long way toward establishing and building trustful relationships.
"Appreciation" should not be limited to special occasions — because our "People" do outstanding work daily......and we shouldn't take that for granted — we should deliberately express our "Appreciation".
Today, I challenge you to express your appreciation by saying "Thank You"......Ten Times!

2 年Another insightful read Noel ?? Talking with Soldiers candidly, without an agenda and thanking them for what they bring to the team is priceless. I used to randomly park on the other side of the footprint and walk into/out of work through their work areas. I found firsthand issues that I might not have known otherwise.
