Appreciating Your Home Town
“For most people a hometown is a place where you hold a lot of you most cherished memories but it’s also a place where you can forget about its wonders”.
I’m always carrying my camera and looking for any excuse to use it. One of the best things I have noticed in myself is the newly different way I look at the world when I’m holding a camera. Things that seemed ordinary or even boring in the past have now become new experiences. Whether it’s the way light is shining on the puddle of water I’m standing on or how the broken glass on the floor mirrors the world in front of me thousands of times. My eyes have somehow been opened up to things that have always been there.
I’m from a small town called Lincoln, which resides in the middle of the UK and being born and raised here I began to grow bored of the scenery.
