Applying Lean six sigma in supply chain

Lean Six sigma is two different tools that has been developed through years separately. But now days these two tools are used parallel to each other. First of all, let us see the history of each of them individually: if we look to the word lean, it means in English slim and in reality it focused on flow of work, and this flow should be slim so, it can be controlled by management only. On the other hand, the six sigma it is a tool focused in problem elimination and it should involve every employees in the organization.
