Software Intensive System of Systems (SISoS) are common in our domain, where the software is usually part of a larger technical domain. Places that develop bent pieces of metal that fly from one place to another on the earth have embedded systems for controlling the flight or providing entertainment while flying to a place in outer space, producing electricity, drugs, computers, high rises or oil refineries, or outcomes like that, where the software is an integral part of the working solution.
