Open to individuals from any levy paying organisation, all apprentices who join at the start of the year can gain their Intermediate CIPD Certificate in HRM, leading to Associated Membership in just 18 months.
While all the learning is 100% online, Watson Martin apprentices are personally supported by an industry expert who provides advice and guidance on each CIPD module throughout the programme.
