The ALPFA Fellowship is a professional fellowship that prepares college freshmen and sophomores for the workforce by providing them with practical experience, leadership skills, and exposure to and networking with established professionals through real-world business case studies.

Who can apply?

• ALPFA Student Premium Member.
• Classifications: Freshmen and Sophomores.
• Full-time, degree-seeking student currently enrolled at a four-year college/university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
• Enrolled full-time in college/university the semester following the program.
• Open to all majors.
• Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.5 or higher (out of 4.0).
• Application must include a resume.
• Able to commit 10-15 hours per week to work collaboratively on solving a specific business problem.

1. UPGRADE ALPFA MEMBERSHIP: To participate in ALPFA Fellowships, become a Premium ALPFA Student member for only $30 a year.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Ensure you meet the minimum requirements listed above.
3. SUBMIT APPLICATION: Prepare your application, including a resume, and submit it to be considered for the program.
