This 13-week?VIRTUAL entrepreneurship training program?will allow entrepreneurs to engage with an inspiring community, business coaching, and a rigorous, experiential process that catalyzes innovative thinking and enables them to successfully grow and scale businesses. The Fall 2024 Madam CJ Walker PACE Bootcamp is scheduled to start during the first week of October 2024 and wrap up at the end of Februrary 2025 (Full schedule available through the application link).

Cohort participants who complete the bootcamp will be eligible for access to future potential funding opportunities as well as networking with retailers, media, and other key stakeholders in the New Voices ecosystem.

New Voices X Pinterest: A Growing Partnership

On Monday, August 12. 2024, not one, not two but TEN #NewVoicesFamily brands chosen to participate in the first ever New Voices Foundation X Pinterest Collab at ESSENCE Fest launched eye-catching themed Pinterest campaigns.

Featured brands are F&W Style, KIN Apparel, LAMIK Beauty, MOODEAUX?, NaturAll , ON THE EDGE BABY HAIR, Scotch Boyz, SOKO, Vivo Fashion Group ,?and VONTELLE.

These brands were asked to produce Pinterest campaigns chronicling their journeys to and during the ESSENCE Festival of Culture?? 2024 and they did just that. To view their campaigns check out and SHOP this Pinterest article.

Key Questions to Consider When Drafting Your Brand Story

In case you missed it, on Tuesday August, 06, 2024, we hosted our "Learning Lab?? LIVE 85: How to Effectively Tell Your Brand Story with Studio T68."

#NewVoicesFamily Blaze Group Founder, Casey Ariel Thobias Takes A Deep Dive into the Financial Challenges and Strides for Black Women Founders.

For Black women entrepreneurs, pay and wealth disparities don’t begin in the workplace or their business ventures. Implications of disparate economic opportunity are pervasive in households and the communities that rear us into womanhood. According to a study by RAND Corporation, Black households are shouldering more student loan debts yet earning consistently lower incomes – and less wealth – for that education. Though three-fourths of Black women entrepreneurs hold at least a college degree (the highest of any other cohort), education is an intangible asset that cannot serve as collateral – making it hard for Black families to service their student loans when they face temporary financial difficulties.
