Grant Details:

  • Maximum Grant: Up to $50,000 Initial Grant: Up to $10,000 with evidence of direct damage (photos, quotes, invoices, etc.)Subsequent Grant: Up to $40,000 with full evidence of payment required.

Eligible Activities:

  • Cleanup efforts using equipment and materials.
  • Additional labour costs beyond normal wages.
  • Disposal of damaged goods and stock.
  • Building repairs (excluding housing).
  • Essential equipment hire/purchase for immediate business resumption.
  • Tradespeople for safety inspections.
  • Repairs to premises and internal fittings, not covered by insurance.
  • Replacement of essential stock for resuming operations.
  • Leasing temporary premises for resumption of operations.

Eligibility:

  • Location: Business or non-profit must be in the City of Gold Coast, Scenic Rim Regional Council, or Logan City Council.
