1. RF-35 is an organic ceramic laminate PCB material in TACONIC PCB product R.
2. It is a reinforced glass material based on glass fiber cloth, which is a combination of TACONIC's ceramic filling technology and glass fiber coated PTFE technology.
3. RF-35 is the best choice for low-cost, high-volume commercial microwave and wireless frequency applications.
4. RF-35's 1/20Z and 10Z copper foil sheets, even with standard epoxy materials, have excellent peel strength and are readily available for rework.
5. Glass transition temperature of RF - 35. Over 315℃.
6. The ultra-low water absorption and low dissipation factor of RF-35 minimize phase shift in the frequency range.
7. Dimensional stability RF-35 is due to the use of fiberglass cloth in its design development.
8. RF-35 laminate materials, generally use single-sided or double-sided 1/20Z, 10Z, and 20Z thickness electrolyte copper foil. Plates of different sizes can be selected upon request.
