ACCE Foundation funds programming, peer-to-peer learning, & leadership development for chamber professionals.
Applications are now open for ACCEF's Fellowship for Economic Mobility. The fellowship is designed to help chambers improve workforce ecosystems and remove barriers to accessing living wage jobs. With the support of the Truist Foundation, the ACCE Foundation will support chambers in building career pathways that create more opportunities for economic mobility.??
With this six-month fellowship, the ACCE Foundation will support chambers in creating more equitable economies across the country. With the guidance of the Foundation, fellows will measure impact through both qualitative and quantitative indicators. Economic Mobility Fellows will be better positioned to support workers and employers in adapting to the new realities of work.?
The Fellowship starts in April and ends November 2023. Fellows will:?
ACCE Foundation will provide a $500 travel stipend and cover three nights of hotel for participants to attend the in-person convening. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will also be provided during the convening.
Applications are?due March 31 by 5 pm ET.?Click here for the application.?Applicants will be notified of their status in early April?and are required to pay a $1,000 program deposit. Fellows who successfully complete the program will receive a $500 refund upon submission of their final project. There is space in the application to indicate if you need a scholarship to participate.
