1 Introduction

2. Process introduction

b When the take-up speed slows down, the pay-off speed also slows down along with the take-up speed;

3. Control plan

HSF600 series VFD (Variable-frequency Drive) is a new generation of modular high-performance VFD (Variable-frequency Drive) launched by Sunwoele Technology that represents the future development direction of VFD (Variable-frequency Drive). 4. Debugging

Sunwoele HSF600 is very convenient in terms of wiring and debugging. Issues that should be paid attention to during debugging:

a After selecting vector control, be sure to perform tuning operations first so that the VFD (Variable-frequency Drive) can automatically identify the equivalent parameters of the motor, so that the control of the VFD (Variable-frequency Drive) can be more accurate and faster;

b. The action direction of PID must be selected as reaction. This is a positive feedback system;

c Since the power pay-off frame has a brake device, please select free stop as the stopping method;

d. The key to debugging is to find the point where the pendulum works stably, and then define the position of this point as the PID given;
