1. Introduction

This CNC lathe is suitable for processing in the engraving mold industry, plastic mold industry, shoemaking industry, watchmaking industry, glasses industry, hardware industry, trademark industry, toy industry, handicraft industry, etc. It can realize end faces, outer circles, grooving, and inner cutting. Turning of holes, arcs, tapers at any angle, etc. The lathe spindle adopts HSF600 series VFD (Variable-frequency Drive).

1). Magnetic field oriented current closed-loop vector control, motor variables are completely decoupled.

2). It adopts the latest high-performance 32-bit motor control dedicated DSP from TI Company in the United States to complete complex control algorithms at high speed and accuracy. It is the first product application in China.

3). The starting torque can reach 150% of the rated output at 0HZ, which fully meets the needs of CNC lathes and ensures that the machine tool has strong cutting force during low-speed heavy cutting.

4). The automatic identification function of motor parameters can identify motor parameters online to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system.

5). The speed regulation range is 0~600.00Hz, which fully meets the high-frequency requirements of CNC lathes.

6). Automatically track load changes and automatically limit the output current so that it does not exceed the maximum allowable current value. The rotation speed of this spindle is controlled by an external analog signal.
