- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers, in order to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for customer’s application
- Define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Define tasks, timescale, milestones, project budget and required resources
- Act as expert on the use of ETEL products and understand the context in which the products are used
- Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customers and market needs
- Develop best known methods and best practices on ETEL products use
- Generate and update application and technical notes
- Define needs, organize and provide technical trainings to subsidiaries, distributors and customers on the use of our products
- Create and maintain training and course materials
- Provide technical support to subsidiaries and customers on new applications
- Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products. Support them with technical advice when negotiating with customers
- Propose product improvements
- This function includes around 20% of business travel.
- Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent)
- 5 years’ experience in the field of applications engineering
- Proven experience in mechatronics / industrial machine design
- Project Management experience, PMP/PMI is a plus
- Good programming skills such as C++/C#, Matlab, Script language, etc.
