Application process at FRAMOS
When looking for a new job there is always a feeling of uncertainty about whether to apply, whether the position is right for you, how to prepare, or what to expect during the interview and the whole process. This is why we have prepared some insights into the application process at FRAMOS and put down some of the key things that may help you to better prepare for a job interview at FRAMOS.
Once you see the position that you believe might be a match for you, you can apply via our online application form. If your CV stands out, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you to set up the 1st interview.
Since we are a global company, most of the interviews are done remotely, via video call. The first interview is an introductory interview where in the first part our Talent Acquisition team introduces FRAMOS, the team, and the position briefly and shares some interesting facts. In the second part of the Talent Acquisition interview, you have the opportunity to briefly introduce yourself and highlight the main points that might distinguish you from other applicants.
How can you best prepare for the first interview?
It is recommended that you check our website and online materials before the interview so that you get an impression of the company. Think about your skills, experience, and motivation that might distinguish you from other applicants and make you stand out, and don’t forget to highlight those things during the interview. We appreciate genuine and honest answers. In the 1st interview with our Talent Acquisition team, we mostly focus on the soft skills, try to see the team fit, and find out what kind of environment you thrive in. Some of those topics you cannot prepare for and there are no wrong or right answers, this is rather a question of a way of life. Company culture and values are also topics we talk about since they are important to us and describe how we tick as a company.
If after the first interview, we see that you would be a great addition to the team, the following stage is the 2nd interview, usually with the hiring manager, your potential team lead. In this interview, you will get information about tasks, responsibilities and plans for the specific position you applied for and the team you would potentially be working with.
This is a more technical meeting, and we usually suggest preparing a bit more for it, since the skills needed for the position are being tackled in more detail. You can also think about the questions you would like to ask the interviewers.

For some positions, there is also the 3rd interview where you can meet some of the team members of the management team. Sometimes, the third interview is done on-site in one of our offices, which is a great chance to meet other colleagues and see what a normal working day at FRAMOS is like.
If we get the green light after all three interviews, we provide an offer and a contract.
Job interviews at FRAMOS are professional but friendly. If you are wondering what the dress code is, there is no dress code. You should dress up in what you feel comfortable. Another practical piece of advice would be to try not to lose your genuine self when giving your answers during the interview, always be authentic! ??
To summarize, all stages of the application process are meant to ensure that the criteria on both sides are met. Job interviews at FRAMOS are a two-way assessment, so in every stage of the process, you can ask questions to find out more about the company, team, or position.
Our goal is to create a good base for both sides to be able to make the decision on whether you are a good fit for the open position. In any case, we like to have open and honest conversations and get to know our potential team members as much as we can.
