The petrochemical industry has always been characterized by a highly complex and demanding working environment, placing stringent requirements on material selection. In the extraction processes of oil and gas, especially in deep well drilling, the use of nickel-based high-temperature alloys has become indispensable. This is primarily due to the harsh conditions found in deep wells, including but not limited to strong acidic environments, high chloride concentrations, presence of hydrogen sulfide gas, high gas partial pressures, and fluctuating temperatures ranging from 0 to 218°C.
?Among these alloys, Inconel 718 plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of various valves used in oil and gas drilling equipment, such as injection valves, conventional operating valves, gas lift valves, dual-chemical injection valves, and safety valves. Additionally, fluid diverters are also fabricated using Inconel 718C cast alloy to ensure high corrosion resistance and strength under extreme conditions.

On the other hand, Incoloy 925 finds applications in the production of XLD check valves, XLI gas lift valves, XLO-B damping valves, and nuts for hydraulic equipment. Incoloy 825 is widely used in the manufacture of durable wire ropes, rope conduits, hydraulic control pipelines, and collar components for hydraulic equipment. Incoloy 625 is chosen for critical parts in hydraulic equipment pipelines. Furthermore, Inconel 600 is employed for producing safety plates and other components, showcasing outstanding high-temperature performance in special environments.

?Gas turbines play a core role in the energy recovery system of catalytic cracking units in oil refineries. During the production process, approximately 4%-7% of the raw oil materials are converted into coke, burned in the regenerator, releasing a significant amount of heat. The high-temperature, high-pressure flue gas, with pressures of 98-196 kPa and temperatures of around 650-750°C, is harnessed by introducing a gas turbine. The gas undergoes expansion to perform work, subsequently converting into shaft power output. This process not only aids in heating catalysis but also efficiently drives air compressors or generators in the refinery, achieving effective energy recovery and reuse.
