According to the revision opinions and scheme of GB / t5310-2017 standard, the manufacturing site and inventory of large diameter seamless steel pipe of Dexin steel pipe were inspected. For seamless steel pipes with an outer diameter of 323mm, a diameter to wall ratio (d/s) greater than 45 and an outer diameter of more than 508mm and diameter to wall ratio (d/s) greater than 25, it is difficult to produce seamless steel pipes in hot rolling units, and welding pipes that are difficult to organize production, medium frequency heat expansion seamless steel pipes can be used.
2. the manufacturing unit of medium frequency heat expansion seamless steel pipe shall meet the following conditions:
(1) The manufacturer shall obtain the national manufacturing license for pressure pipe components; its type test certificate and type test report must cover the materials and specifications of the supplied medium frequency heat expansion seamless steel pipe; its typical products shall pass the high-temperature mechanical properties and high-temperature long-term strength verification test required in Appendix A and Appendix B of gb/t 5310-2017 standard.
(2) The manufacturer shall have production equipment, NDT equipment, and heat treatment equipment suitable for the size and specification of the heat expansion steel pipe.
(3) The manufacturer shall have a complete quality assurance system.
3. the manufacturing of medium frequency heat expansion seamless steel pipe shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The chemical composition and steelmaking process shall be strictly required for the return materials.
(2) The process of medium frequency heat expansion should follow strict technical specifications, including the size of core rod, the size of intermediate frequency heating coil, heating temperature, propulsion speed, expanding ratio, and other process parameters. (.) the steel pipe after heat expansion shall be treated as a whole according to the qualified heat treatment process specification.
(4) Steel pipes shall be strictly non-destructive testing, including automatic ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, or magnetic leakage test. The qualified indexes shall not be lower than the requirements of relevant standards. After years of innovation and improvement, the technology of medium frequency heat expansion steel pipe has been mature. Through various inspection and testing and the practical application of millions of tons of medium frequency heat expansion steel pipe under various complex conditions, it is shown that the qualified medium frequency heat expansion steel pipe manufactured and inspected according to the standard can be widely used in petrochemical, chemical, coal chemical, and power projects
