Application Diagnostics Engineer - CONTRACT

V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking Application Diagnostics Engineer client in Illinois. This is a contract position in logistics & supply chain industry.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education and Experience ?

• 2+ years with AppDynamics APM and Business Transaction development experience to go with a bachelor’s degree in a related/equivalent field
• An ideal candidate should have at least three years experience with Performance Diagnostics and Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Require Business Transaction monitoring work to stitch together the BT’s across Oracle Customer Care & Billing through Oracle Fusion to Oracle Meter Data Management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ?

• Proven experience with Oracle Database tuning and Weblogic tuning
• Oracle Utilities and Applications tuning experience is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively test and monitor the performance and load abilities of Oracle based applications
• Collaborate with peers on scrum team(s) and within Development and QA on areas for improvement and innovations
• Analyze results of performance tests and build and distribute reports based on performance/load/stress test runs
• Collaborate with the scrum development team to identify test paths needed for performance and load test coverage and devise a test strategy
