Apple Hardware - More affordable than you thought?
With higher residual values vs traditional PCs, and lower maintenance costs, it's no surprise that more and more companies are turning to leasing options to provide them with affordable solutions for their business needs.
The lights come back on, Tim Cook has just left the stage and the Steve Jobs Theatre is filled with the sound of hundreds of tech journalists scuttling out of the room to get their hands on the latest release from Apple. It's becoming a frequent occurrence, with annual iPhone launches, MacBook updates and most recently, the long awaited reinvention of the Mac Pro.
You, as an IT manager, IT procurement manager or Head of Finance, know that your employees are going to want to be working with this new hardware, but how are you going to afford it? What if there was a way to save up to 30% on cash price, spreading the cost of use across a flexible period of time, whilst allowing you to also keep this cycle going when the next product release is announced?
Sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong. Let me give you some examples:
Your marketing team are heavy Adobe Creative Cloud users. Their current Macs are getting on a bit, and the last time they were treated to new kit, the word Brexit had never been uttered by a single soul. 27" iMacs with 5K Retina displays should do the job. Cash price for 20 units? Just shy of £22,000. What if you were to lease these devices, maximising their residual values to save you money, and pay for them monthly over 2 years? How does £660 a month sound? If you're good with numbers, you'd be right in thinking that this is a saving of over £6,000 on cash price, that's over 28%!
What if you've got a company policy where all heads of department are given a MacBook Pro and the latest iPhone? Well, you'll be pleased to hear that packages like these can be custom made and tailored to your needs. Cash price for 10 MacBook Pros & 10 iPhone 11s would be around £25,500. How about £720 a month for 2 years? Saving over £8,000 (32%)!
Jigsaw24 also offer the ability to spread the cost of accessories, protection and even our support services! Why not tie in the cost of your Jamf licenses, to enable your users to be ready to work, right out of the box?
These options are flexible, with the ability to spread payments over 12-60 months with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments. If you have the cash to hand, you can even pay up front for the entire period to maximise your savings!
