Apple Event: Bring SwiftUI to your app
Have you heard the exciting news?
Apple is hosting a two-day event focused on SwiftUI!
*Don’t worry if you can’t attend in person, as it will also be livestreamed.
The event aims to help developers familiar with UIKit and AppKit gain a deeper understanding of SwiftUI’s declarative approach. That said, even if you’ve never worked with UIKit or AppKit, you’ll still leave with valuable insights and a better understanding of SwiftUI.
You will learn best practices for layout, animations, and data flow. There’s also an opportunity to get support from Apple engineers in the Q&A session — this is only available for their in-person audience.
Why you should go
Attending this event is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of SwiftUI, whilst refining your prototyping and app development skills.
You’ll gain practical insights such as designing with SwiftUI, animating views and optimising SwiftUI performance which can be particularly useful for maintaining or enhancing legacy projects.
For those attending in-person, the opportunity to meet Apple engineers means you can get expert advice tailored to your specific challenges.
If you’re watching online, you’ll still learn how to do some pretty cool stuff with SwiftUI.
