Apple Event, 2020

At last night's Apple's Event, the world saw the launch of: 

1) Apple Watch Series 6 - Over and above the known features, a blood oxygen level monitor was introduced! This series saw the likes of the first stunning red Apple watch, another first of its kind.

2) Apple Watch SE - The first affordable Apple watch has finally been launched! Now Apple has every reason to dominate every stratum in the market.

3) Fitness Plus - Integrated into every watch, Apple now offers you a choice of video workouts from its catalogue that ranges from yoga, dance, cycling, and much more, giving one and all a personalised fitness experience on the go.

4) Apple One - Gives you a comprehensive Apple experience that can be extended to your family as well. It is a bundle of 6 Apple services at one price.

5) Ipad 8th Gen has been introduced with A12 Bionic chip, regarded as a vast improvement over its predecessor. The Technology behind the Apple Pencil caught a lot of attention from all with its scratch and delete offering.

6) iPad Air - It is believed to be 2x times faster than the top-selling windows laptop. Using the A14 Bionic chip, it is based on 5nm process technology, which is the first of its kind according to Apple.

The Apple event has always been one filled with innovation! What struck me the most was the emphasis given to sustainability by the tech giants. Living in a time of extreme climate change, Apple has stolen the show with its care for the environment and has promised to be 100% carbon neutral by 2030. By introducing a blood oxygen level monitor, Apple has shown us yet again that they are always ahead of the curve! Always looking at providing us with an improved and enhanced user experience. Having said that, I am a little disappointed that there was no new iPhone launched, hoping for a launch in the coming month. All in all, I cannot wait to get my hands on the products!
