TOPIC -Stuck in a haunted mansion

Monday(4th November 2022):

Dear Diary,

I never believe in these cliche activities such as writing a diary but given circumstances have made me turn to one for comfort.What was supposed to be a fun trip with me and my sister to the notorious abandoned mansion in Derry has turned into a strange situation.This abandoned mansion in Maine was owned by a very strange man and I have heard of many strange disappearances related to this area but since Lucy was very happy I too had to oblige.It was her 6th birthday wish after all and I unfortunately wasnt one to turn down the wish of my mute little sister.I dont even know how she heard of this place.She dressed up in her favourite pant and shirt(Strangely unlike other girls her age she hates dresses.She also seems androgynous in a way.May need to consult the doctor on that)and carried her favourite pink barbie pen and teddy bear. So,it all started well initially but now as you can see from the tone of my writing things have gone far far south(literally,even the compass that came attached with one of my pencil boxes weirdly stopped working).We are completely lost in this mansion.There is something weird about this mansion though. As we went further we saw that the structure was still together but it was filled with different trees laden with fruit and pools filled with the most beautiful sparkling water!The whole mansion is slowly starting to get enveloped by a huge apple tree which had just one apple(weirdly,enough I couldnt find anymore apples on the tree or apple trees.Its really weird) .It almost feels like a dream come true but something obviously feels off.What looked outside like a regular mansion is like a complete forest on the inside.And we are completely lost in this forest of sorts.I keep warning my sister to stick to me but she keeps straying away enjoying the mansion and its products and pays no heed to my words as usual.

Tuesday(5th November 2022):

Dear diary,

YOU WOULDNT BELEIVE WHAT HAPPPENED TODAY!!!.We found another girl.She is BEAUTIFUL.She is tall with the fairest skin I have ever seen and long disheveled flaming red hair.She told us her name is Lily.She has such a sweet voice.

She has?a calming presence around her.She says that she got stranded here a few days ago and also wants to join us and return back.She says that her husband and father left her here all alone and that they all hate her and she has company,but she also added that they were all strange and that we needed to get out of here ASAP .I was curious to know who these other people were but she wouldn't elaborate .But my sister seems absolutely entranced by this new girl.She follows her around everywhere and sometimes it feels like I dont even matter anymore.Also no one except me wants to get out of this mansion and we still haven't met the others yet

Wednesday(6th November 2022):

Dear diary,we finally got to meet the others.They introduced themselves as Sam and Molly(which was weirdly a Man)I tried to make my intentions clear that this was not a vacation and me,Lily and my sister were not here to stay but it all fell on deaf ears as my sister ran off with this Sam guy and"Molly".Me and Lily looked at each other in fright as these guys walked further into the woods.Lily was starting to not trust them either.When we were standing there dumbfounded at what to do,Sam and Molly returned with my sister and Sam explained to me that they were just setting up camp and he was trying to send sos signals through his air band radio as he was a pilot .He had entered about a day ago for shelter.But Molly was weird.All he did was keep ranting about children and how much he wanted to play with them and how"pure"they were.He kept saying that he liked em "young and soulful".He also wouldn't explain how he ended up here and did not care about getting out either.Lily and I were creeped out decided to avoid the guy as much as possible and also try to keep Lucy away from him.So we went to camp and all was well,there was even a star shaped clearing where we could light a fire.

Thursday(7th November 2022):

Dear diary,

My sister Lucy seems to be troubled.She was sitting there next to Molly and Sam and crying.My efforts to get her away from Molly were futile.Molly was just too good with kids.Poor girl.It was years since our mom died in that horrific incident.We never knew who our father was.Our mom died in a very strange way.Her head was found severed from her body and her chest?was cut open,heart missing.Her right hand which was initially missing was finally found inside Lucys closet.Poor Lucy was standing there frozen with her little pink barbie pen and teddy bear.She has never ever spoken a word since that sick killer had put our mothers hand into my little baby sisters closet.It gives me chills even today thinking about it.Btw im sleeping here right next to Lily and shes so scared shes shivering.I really dont know what to do at this point.My memory feels so jazzed and faded.At least we have food and water.I just want to sleep.Goodnight Diary?

Friday(8th November 2022):

I woke up and Lucy was gone but I was relieved to find that Lilly was gone as well(At least shes?not with that weird "Molly"guy).I went out into the clearing and there they were.Sam who was usually a grumpy silent spectator in most of these situations was all smiles and lighting a huge bonfire in the middle of the clearing."Molly",Lily and Sam looked kind of strange,now that I remember...their dull eyes and sharp teeth.Then I saw Lucy bright and happy as usual and knew I had to get her out of here somehow by today at least.They then proceeded to pluck that single apple from the mansion tree and everyone started taking bites of it without saying a word.I went up to them since I was hungry and wanted a piece of the apple as well.Suddenly Lucy came up to me holding a huge round rock.It was beautiful,transparent and crystalline.She slowly lifted it up to show it to me.As I bent down to look at it,she proceeded to slam the jagged crystal into my head.All I could see were stars.It was scary but I felt strangely relaxed.I never knew my sister could be so strong.The last thing I heard before I blacked out was my sister shouting in a voice I have never heard before,"Nyx will show the blood moon to us".Lilith,Samael,Moloch and Lucifer shall be avenged"

Currently I am in front of the basement door to the mansion where I am hiding,but I cant even lean on it as the door is sizzling hot and I dont even want to know wha

Saturday(9th November 2022):

It was a bright summer evening.A young couple walked into the orphange(u know how this ends)They went upto an old lady near the front and spoke to her for a few minutes.Then they went inside where there were a bunch of children reading and playing."Isnt she cute?",one of them said to the other."Yeah she looks so sweet...almost like an angel fallen onto this earth",replied the other."We found her roaming on one of the streets.Poor thing.Says her father abandoned her."the old lady piped in."Really?Who would be cruel enough to abandon a sweetheart like this?",she was asked."The cruelest of them all",came the reply in a sweet childlike voice.Everyone turned their heads,surprised."Did u say something,my child,the old lady asked."No Mrs Foster,i was just reading out aloud from this book.I'm sorry",the child responded,a scared look on her face."U dont have to apologize.Reading is a good habit.What is the name of this book?,asked the lady."Snow white and the seven dwarves",came the reply."Dont u worry my child,we will take you with us and buy you many more books like this.What is your name?"the lady asked."Lucy",the child responded.

A few moments later,the couple were seen walking out of the orphange,hand in hand with a small beautiful girl.They mindlessly walked past not noticing that the crows nearby had stopped crowing and were watching them intently.The little girl bent down and looked at her shoe,a frown forming on her face.There was a little red spot in her favourite white shoe.She quickly ripped that part of the fabric and stuffed it in her mouth.The happy couple walked away into the sunset,picturesque,oblivious...an ideal happily ever after.
