#Appendicitis
Sudden loss of appetite and dull pain near the upper abdomen or navel, which is followed by nausea and/or vomiting can be the symptom of Appendicitis. Appendicitis is the swelling (inflammation) of the appendix, is a small, tube-like organ attached to the large intestine.
The condition is due to blockage inside the appendix. The blockage leads to increased pressure and inflammation. Appendicitis can occur at any age but it is more common during childhood and adolescence. It happens when some blockage occurs in Appendix due to stool, a foreign body or cancer also may occur out of infection as appendix can swell in response to an infection in the body.
Symptoms of appendicitis :
*Dull or sharp pain anywhere in the upper or lower abdomen, back, or rectum
*Painful urination and difficulty passing urine
*Vomiting that precedes the abdominal pain
*Severe cramps
*Constipation or diarrhoea with gas
*Abdominal swelling
*Fever of 99-102 degrees Fahrenheit
*Inability to pass gas

The very basic precautions are :
Do not eat, drink, or use any pain remedies, heating pads, or antacids, laxatives, which can cause an inflamed appendix to rupture.
