APP-Pitch Program - Analyze!

APP-Pitch Program - Analyze!

Let's dive into the "Analyze" part of the APP-Pitch-Program Method. This step is super important for entrepreneurs getting ready to pitch their ideas. Think of it as doing your homework before the big test. You'll be asking yourself some key questions to really understand your pitch inside and out.

In the Analyze phase, it's all about looking closely at what you're planning to present. It's something founders should do themselves to get a clear picture of where they stand. Asking the right questions can help you figure out how to make your pitch the best it can be. It's like preparing for a journey by making sure you have everything you need and knowing exactly where you're going.

So, let's get ready to look at some of these questions that can help you analyze your pitch situation better:

About the Audience

  1. Who is in the audience? (Investors, customers, partners, etc.)
  2. What are the needs and interests of the audience?
  3. What prior knowledge does the audience have about your topic?
  4. What objections might the audience have?

About Your Message

  1. What is the core message of my pitch?
  2. What problem does my product or service solve?
  3. What makes my offer unique or valuable?
  4. What evidence or data back up my claims?

About the Goals

  1. What are the specific objectives of this pitch? (Investment, partnership, sales, etc.)
  2. What call to action will I present at the end of my pitch?
  3. How will I measure the success of this pitch?

About the Presentation

  1. How can I use a story to convey my message?
  2. What visual aids will I use to emphasize my points?
  3. How can I present complex information in an understandable and engaging way?

About the Setting

  1. What technical or spatial limitations exist for the presentation?
  2. How much time do I have?
  3. How will the layout of the venue affect interaction with the audience?

About the Follow-Up

  1. How will I respond to questions that arise during or after the pitch?
  2. What is my strategy for follow-up after the pitch?
  3. How can I continue to engage with interested parties who do not immediately commit?

Next week, we'll delve deeper into the Perform! Part. Stay tuned!
