Apostle Model for Understanding Customer Loyalty

Today’s consumers are more demanding and it is not easy anymore to completely satisfy them, and it become more tough task for #Marketer to make a customer #Loyalists.

Customer loyalty is a crucial factor that has a profound effect on the growth and success of your business. For getting an competitive advantage companies are started following Customer Centric Approach which helps them to get better results.

Apostle Model was developed at #Harvard_Business_School.  It uses two dimensions to describe the level of customer loyalty - Overall satisfaction and Repurchase.

These components enable you to divide your customers into four groups that should vary in terms of customer approach and communication.
