Doing the Robot | AI and automation in project management

A trending topic that continues to become part of the everyday working world. Whilst the initial fear was that AI is here to replace, in fact the innovations that are being brought in are here to make the working day more efficient.

We had a look at how this latest tech can be used to optimise decision-making, resource allocation and other smaller tasks: https://bit.ly/3PLrxEz

Handling those tricky chats | Talking about money

It can always be a little awkward trying to figure out how to approach a money question with your boss. But in the dynamic landscape of project management, negotiating a higher salary that reflects your worth can be a pivotal moment.

We know it can be one of the most important, and awkward conversations to have with your boss, but our blog is here to help make it go as smoothly as possible: https://careers.apm.org.uk/article/navigating-the-project-management-salary-negotiation?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=blog

Interesting. "AI tools can assess patterns from previous projects, highlighting risks of delays or budget overruns based on past trends..." They could if programme managers had accurate data diligently collected and curated from previous projects and programmes, and in a state that was easy for AI to deal with. How often does that happen in reality I wonder?
