Aphrodisiacs On This Week's Menu For You!

LOOK AT THIS GORGEOUS SOUP! It's called Ajiaco (Latin American Chicken Soup) Can you guess which ingredients are aphrodisiacs?!? In honor of Valentine's Day, every single offering this week has an aphrodisiac in it. If your curious about the ingredients in the dishes YOU order, just ask! I teach a whole class on Aphrodisiacs and have several menus to choose from - so I'm kind of an expert (insert smiley face here). Yup - Lula still doesn't know how to handle emogees. Especially in the newsletter. I will give you a hint: there are three types of aphrodisiacs, and the history on some of them in each category sort of have to be whispered...

Along with this AMAZING soup, you can see our Salmon, Goat Cheese (or Feta if you prefer), and Tomato Frittata below, offered this week in Quiche form as well. Our yummy, ooey gooey crunchy Chicken Poppyseed Casserole is back (whatever in the WORLD could be an aphrodisiac in THAT?!? - if you're guessing poppyseed, you're WRONG) and our Garlic Lamb Kebabs are being offered for the first time. Lula has a marinade all her own that makes lamb a RAVEABLE dish. You can find all this and more on our MENU for this week.

Can you believe it's February already?!? Soon we'll hear the birds nesting and feel warmth on our skin. I'm anxiously awaiting my vaccine (Gordon, as a first responder, is scheduled for his 2nd next week!) and am wishing for all that with the passage of each day, we feel safer and more love than ever before!
