AOPA Releases Seaplane Accident Report

AOPA recently released a safety study that focused specifically on seaplane accidents from 2008-2022. I was honored to be asked to conduct the preliminary inquiry and analysis for the report. Once complete, data and results were turned over to AOPA for polishing and publication. I am glad this critical safety information is now public and I hope that it helps avoid more seaplane accidents and incidents.
