AOM Customer Support Program Overview.

In recent months, our Sector has engaged in various conference presentations, panel discussions, focus groups, and podcasts, both virtually and live, that have explored the growing availability and use of Anti-Obesity Medications (AOM). Ann Gilbert and I are presenting several questions in this short "Think Piece" to help determine if we, as a Sector, are ready to effectively support Customers who are taking AOMs.

As a minimum, these Planning Assumptions should be incorporated into the Reader's Business Planning Process.

PLANNING ASSUMPTION #1: To Create Customer-Centric Operational & Programming Strategies that Support?Positive Outcomes for Customers who are on various stages of their AOM Journeys.

PLANNING ASSUMPTION #2: To Create, Deliver & Manage a Comprehensive Series of Blended Customer-Centric Programming Options that Include, As A Minimum: 1. Appropriate Movements, Activities and Exercises (when ready). 2. Nutritional Guidance. And 3. Lifestyle Change Facilitation Support.

PLANNING ASSUMPTION #3: To Create a Series of Reasons for Customers, who are on various stages of their AOM Journeys, to Join our AOM Programs; to Stay in our AOM Programs; and to Refer to Our AOM Programs.

INITIAL 5 AOM SERVICE PLAN QUESTIONS The following 5 questions are our starting point for this "Think Piece" Series. As we receive more feedback for our global audiences and more research is published, these questions will evolve and develop accordingly. None of our concepts are "absolutes". But we're using them as a base line so that we can start our planning discussions.

QUESTION #1: Do we currently have or will create a "branded-sense-of-community" that is so supportive, engaging, inclusive and authentic that Customers, who are on various stages of their AOM Journeys, will Join, Stay & Refer to your branded communities?

The Items in the above GRID are not listed in a vacuum. These values have stood-the-test-of-time" with Ann Gilbert in her 30+ years of training both Inactive & Active Female Customers in Tampa, Florida.

QUESTION #2: Have we defined the Initial & evolving support requirements and services that may be needed by our Customers who are in different phase of their "Journeys-To-Success"?

As a minimum, the above graphic represents subject-matter-experts that may be needed to support Customers who are on various stages of their AOM Journeys.

QUESTION #3: Do we have?the flexible Operational?&?Programming capability to service & support Customers who are on various stages of their AOM Journeys?

Programming flexibility is crucial because every Customer will have different & unique physiological & psychological goals, objects, needs & wants.

QUESTION #4: Have we defined the Upskilling, Reskilling & New Skills that may be required so that our teams can successfully support our Customers?

QUESTION #5: Do we have a proactive Customer Recruitment, Retention & Referral Processes in place that can support our Customer?

Ann & I will start flushing out each of these initial 5 Reality Check Questions for our global audience to consider. Please remember, nothing is "Absolute".
