You are not alone. You have already shown incredible strength and resilience in surviving what you have been through. I know that healing is not easy, but it is possible.

It's okay to take things one day at a time, or even one moment at a time. Healing is not a linear process, and it's okay to have setbacks along the way. But please remember that every small step you take towards healing is progress.

You deserve to live a life free from the weight of your trauma. It may take time, patience, and support, but it is possible to move forward and create a life that you love.

Please don't be afraid to reach out for help. There are many resources available, including therapy, support groups, and hotlines. Remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You are capable of healing, of growing, and of living a life filled with joy and love. Keep fighting, keep believing, and know that you are worthy of a beautiful life.
