For school children, we teachers teach one discipline surely, that is CO-OPERATION. Group dances, group projects are all aimed at this. But sadly, just like all other good habits, taught in school vanishes into the blue, as the kids became grown up men.
The various departments of the same corporation or Government lacks this absolute need of COOPERATION AND CO ORDINATION.
Every citizen, watch this happening repeatedly, but unfortunately, no one makes a candle march or agitation for this fundamental needs of us citizens. Following are a few examples of these.
1.??? Well paved roads are dug on any fine day for either gas pipe lining, or correction of drinking water or drainage pipelines.? The roads dug and piled, left with no one to care for the in convenience of the car drivers or even men walking.
2.??? This unscheduled, mismanaged, digging of one group destroy the efforts of the other unit. From last night, UNTIL NOW, the?pipe-line gas is shut off, for hundreds of houses because of the road digging of some group for some purpose..

3.??? Why not the road digging party work in tan tum with the underground utilities like, gas pipe, telephone lines and electrical cables? Before digging, they can plan, consult the underground supply lines blueprint and accordingly dig without damaging them?
4.?? ???Similarly, the well-made footpath, is not just dug, opened and destroyed, but the tiles used for covering are piled, on the damaged footpath itself. The mountain of piled stones remains there for weeks, until one fine day a group comes to pick them up and pave the footpath neat again.
5.?? ?Why not the digging party and redoing the footpath?group work in tan tum, and after a certain distance is closed the pavement could be relayed??
Higher authorities sitting there, please remember, we, the poor taxpayers do have a fundamental right to have our necessities, made available for us too. ?
This lack of co-ordination and co-operation, among various departments of yours, not only puts us in trouble, but it is the money of these taxpayers which are wasted due to the indifference of higher authorities.
