IS THERE ANY PROVISION IN RBI WHERE BANK CAN ASK FOR Rs.39,349.35  as interest for dues of Rs.11648.08 for 22 days time???????? Though this 21days time have been hold due to their not communicating by email as whenever you ask for email they simple say "we do not have authority to send you email" CAN ANY BANKING PROFESSIONALS GIVE LIGHT ON THIS ISSUE AS I AM PREPARING TO APPROACH TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THEM
