Is there any chance to increase the LED High-Bay lifetime?

Is there any chance to increase the stated LED High-Bay Light lifetime? Maybe with some limitations? (e.g. max 12h per day or something else)

No. The Highbay lifespan obtained combined with the actual lamp temperature and the LED Chips manufacturer's LM80, which has nothing to do with the conditions of use.

We define the lifespan of the LED lamp by the value of LB.

What does L90B10 mean?

LB value indicates real-life at certain hours. Like L90B10 at 50,000 hours means the LED lamp keeps 90% lumen from the initial lumen and only 10% of light failed to reach 90% lumen.

What's the difference between L80B10 and L70B50?

Everyone in the LED lighting industry knows the lifetime of LED light, but do you know how to indicate the end life and related lifetime? It doesn't mean the lamp doesn't work at all.

L and B can help you to know clearly.

L defines the percentage of lumen compared with the initial lumens.

B value means the failure data at the L data.

So LB value indicates real life at a certain hour.

Like L80B10 at 50,000 hours means the LED lamp keeps 80% lumen from the initial lumen and only 10% of light failed to reach 80% lumen. You can get clearly that L70B50 means only 50% of lamps survive at 70% lumen remaining at 50,000 hours. So L70B50 light decay is faster than L80B10.

From the data, L100B0 is the best quality, but it's impossible to get that. So from good quality to bad, that is L90B10, L80B10, L70B50 like this.

Do you agree with the above LB value??

The following photo from Brandon lighting may help us better understand it.
