Anxiety, imposter?syndrome, perfectionism, burnout - associate?yourself with these feelings???

Don't worry, you are not alone. First thing in handling these feelings is to normalize them. Understand that it is normal to have these feelings. Lot of people go through them even when you can't figure out looking at them from outside. Many of the successful?people also go through these feelings.?

Next step is to learn?more about these feelings and learn to recognize when they are triggered. Understanding how the brain works, why?anxiety is caused, how perfectionism could lead to imposter?syndrome and eventually to burnout is a very important step in learning to manage these feelings. We may not have control over the trigger but we definitely have control over?how we respond to those triggers.

Once you understand and learn to recognize these triggers, the next step is to deploy concrete strategies to change your auto response to these triggers and rewire your brain for new responses and rewards.?
